Britain's biggest regional art fair is back. Fresh: Art Fair Cheltenham will host over 40 leading galleries showing 4000 artworks by 400 artists from across the UK and beyond. Browse and buy original prints and paintings, sculpture, glass and ceramics from as little as £50 to £20,000 or more, but most within your budget. We are the only fair outside London where you can browse and buy work by emerging talent alongside famous names like Hockney, Picasso, Matisse and Miro, making this the ideal art destination for those seeking to add investment pieces to their existing or new collections. This year we have a host of new exhibitors showing artworks new to Fresh: and our regular exhibitors bringing new artists.

Fresh: offers something for everyone from new art lovers to established collectors. With licensed cafés, workshops and artist demonstrations, Fresh: is the most enjoyable way to browse and buy art. Bonhams will be with us for free valuations and advice on selling pre-contemporary art and there's a free packing service, free parking and a Park & Ride service from the town centre and station.

Free return visits for all ticket buyers. Friday's are free, but we invite visitors to make an optional donation to our official charity partner Great Western Air Ambulance Charity. Fresh: Partners include RRA Architects, Freddie's Flowers and Bonhams.

About our Artists:

The By/Design Collective is more than an art group; it is a creative community brought together not by chance, but by a shared vision to elevate diverse voices and distinct artistic styles. From experimental mixed media to eco-conscious mosaic creations, the collective thrives on collaboration and the individual expression of each artist.

Explore the art of Shalini Bharadwaj, a self-proclaimed “Creative Experimentalist” who embraces the unpredictability of her process. Her mixed media works, ranging from painting to digital design and jewellery, embody the freedom of artistic exploration. Shalini’s work stems from childhood nostalgia. Having spent her childhood in India, she explores memories of people, places, objects and travel in her work.

Dive into the striking world of Christian Azolan, a mixed-media visual artist and illustrator whose fine art includes photography, painting, and digital gilding. With an MA in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins, Christian's most celebrated series, The Birds, explores themes of freedom and fantasy against the challenges of our global times. His iconic Golden Flock print, recreated as a 23ct gold screenprint, symbolises unity and collective action.

Riecha Kapoor invites viewers to explore the tactile beauty of nature through her hand-crafted ceramics. Drawing inspiration from organic forms, Riecha’s pieces are a harmonious blend of wheel-thrown and hand-built techniques. Her intricate surface decorations make each piece an homage to the natural world.

Shveta is an abstract artist born and raised in various cities across vibrant India. Growing up, she was exposed to a multitude of cultures, languages, and traditions, all of which have deeply influenced her artistic practice. With a background in surface textiles, Shveta has a keen eye for texture and an innate understanding of the interplay of colours. Her paintings are a reflection of her intuitive process, as she allows her emotions to guide her brushstrokes.

Finally, meet Janet WhiteJanet uses ceramics as a vehicle to explore and connect with her Chinese Heritage, having left Hong Kong as a child. She practices Chinese brush painting and ceramics and she has been working on integrating her two artistic practices.

The By/Design Collective exhibition offers an immersive experience where individuality shines, and collaboration flourishes. Visitors can expect a journey through different artistic mediums, all united by a shared commitment to exceptional design and aesthetic integrity.
